I bought this from styleuphome.co and, umm, I was disappointed. The quality feels a lot cheaper than what I paid for. It looks fine in the photos, but in person it just doesn’t have the same feel. I wouldn’t buy it again, not great value for the money.

"Felt like a bait and switch"
I went in expecting the site to be straightforward, but it ended up feeling like a bit of a bait and switch. It looks like everything should be easy to find, but once you start clicking around, it’s just annoying and confusing. I had a hard time finding what I needed and got frustrated quickly.

This just wasn’t my style at all... The designs felt kind of cheap to me, and a bit outdated too!! Maybe someone else would like them, but I personally wasn’t into it!!!

I ordered from styleuphome.co the shipping took way longer than I expected?! I kept checking for updates, but they barely told me anything useful. The product did finally show up, but the wait was really frustrating. Not sure I’d order from them again after that.

I ordered a chair from styleuphome.co, and the whole thing was a reminder that product descriptions really matter. The listing made it seem bigger and a lot nicer quality than it actually is. The color also looked much richer in the photos, but in person it’s dull. Even the measurements felt misleading because it barely fits the way I expected it to. For the price, I thought I was buying something more solid and well-made. It’s frustrating because I probably would’ve passed on it if the description had been more accurate...
"Left Waiting With No Real Updates"
I ordered from styleuphome.co and the communication was frustrating. I got the order confirmation right away, but after that it was just silence for days. When I tried to ask about shipping, I ended up waiting in the customer service queue for ages, and even after that I still didn’t get a clear answer. It really felt like I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on with my order.

"Bad first impression, still no refund"
This has been a frustrating first experience. My return was accepted, so I figured the refund would follow without any hassle, but it still hasn’t shown up. Not a great first impression at all.

Delivery got here on time, so no issue there, but the box was dented when it arrived. The item itself was fine thankfully, but the packing didn’t seem that great. Am I missing something, or could it have been packed a bit better?

"Not how customers should be treated"
I reached out to StyleUpHome about my order it took way too long to hear back. When they finally replied, it didn’t really fix anything or even feel like they cared. It kind of seemed like they just wanted me to go away instead of actually helping. I get that delays happen, but basic respect and honest customer service should be the bare minimum. I won’t be ordering from them again

It looked good when I first took it out, but once I actually handled it, the quality just felt cheap. It’s one of those purchases that reminded me that appearances only go so far if the materials don’t feel solid. I wanted to like it more, but it didn’t really feel worth it

From what I remember, putting this together was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The instructions didn’t really make sense to me, and I ended up spending hours trying to get it installed. Once it was done, I was just relieved it was over.
